As a Product Delivery Associate in the Product Delivery Team, you enable the release of products and features by overcoming obstacles. As an emerging member of the team, you work across the organization and enable the product to continuously deliver value, while gaining skills and experience to grow within your role.
Job Responsibilities
- Supports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision‑making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies
- Contributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Documents blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availability
- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross‑functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines
- Collaborate with the Power Platform Product Manager to engage stakeholders and define user requirements, stories, and value realization
- Support the development and execution of the Power Platform strategy and roadmap
- Collect and analyze metrics on Microsoft Power Platform performance and usage within JPMC to inform decision‑making and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and evaluate feature requests that address user needs and align with product strategy, security & risk standards, and business needs
- Participate in product planning sessions and Agile ceremonies, contribute ideas and insights, and assist in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful feature delivery
- Provide technical support and training to end‑users, ensuring they have a clear understanding of Power Platform functionalities and best practices
- Support the development of product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials, to facilitate knowledge sharing and support end‑user adoption
- Program manage technical delivery of key projects
