As a Product Manager in the Network Product Team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end‑to‑end product life cycle. You act as the voice of the customer and develop profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top‑tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform analysis on provider & network capabilities and assist in formulating recommendations on global partners based on both long and short‑term business objectives, in partnership with regional Product and Network Management colleagues.
- Track and close business‑related items as part of initial and ongoing network reviews.
- Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
- Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
- Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
- Build the framework and track the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
- Research, understand and apply market trends, payments innovation, and evolving end‑user needs in maintaining and supporting network strategy for the business.
- Assist in preparation of product materials on network management forums and provide stand‑in representation when required.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
- Experience in a Payments Product, Business Risk, Payments Risk Consulting or Operations role with Global and Cross‑Border payments experience.
- Knowledge of Correspondent Banking, Financial Market Infrastructure, and cross‑border payments clearing mechanism.
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
- Understanding of the regulatory environment faced by the business.

- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
- Prior experience with initiatives or projects to resolve diverse problem‑solving challenges.
