Join our Control Room Team as a Payment Lifecycle Analyst—monitor Swift systems, resolve incidents, and ensure seamless operations 24/7. As a Payment Lifecycle Analyst – Swift Monitoring in Control Room Team, you will monitor and maintain various application infrastructures. You will act as a single point of contact for the Line of Business and external service providers for all applications and connectivity related issues and you will escalate all issues and alerts to the incident manager in order to remediate and resolve incidents with minimal business impact. This role is for EMEA shift and a 24/7 function.
Job Responsibilities
- Understand current Swift architecture and infrastructure, assessing business impacts from disruptions to message and transaction flows.
- Monitor all systems and queues across platforms to ensure operational continuity.
- Investigate alerts and take necessary actions to resolve issues promptly.
- Initiate and open Service Centre tickets for incident tracking and resolution.
- Identify and escalate issues through the Incident Management process, participating in calls to provide operational insights.
- Participate in business requirement activities, ensuring monitoring tasks are considered for automation.
- Support testing activities and implementation events as needed.
- Own and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) where appropriate.
- Engage in Command Center activities, including cross-training with team members.
- Work in shifts including mandatory weekend work by rota basis.
