Do you have experience in data and want to leverage your skills in a new role? Then you found the right position!
As an Automation and Testing Senior Associate within our Margin Services team, you will play a crucial role in driving efficiencies and scalability across the business. You partner with your colleagues across the operational teams to identify process gaps and inefficiencies, drive solutions to those problems and own those solutions through testing and into production.
Job Responsibilities
- Partners with internal stakeholders, identifying and solutioning areas of operational friction
- Designs and deploys operational automation builds utilizing tools such as Alteryx and UI Path
- Owns the required governance of these solutions including tracking within JIRA and IA Hub and ensure adherence to firmwide procedures
- Completes operational testing of new Technology solutions within UAT environments and regression testing within Production systems
- Ensures internal stakeholders are updated on progress against open deliverables
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to articulate technical updates in a clear and concise manner
- Good problem solving skills with an ability to identify solutions utilizing a suite of user tools
- Must be highly numerate with good keyboard and core system (Outlook, Excel, and Powerpoint) skills
- Ability to work as part of a small team in partnership with a large operational group whilst being comfortable working independently in specific tasks
