As a Tech Risk and Controls Lead for the SMF24 CIO at JPMorgan Chase within the International Consumer Bank, you will be a part of a flat-structure organization.
Your responsibilities are to analyze, consolidate and support production of reports and materials suitable for consumption at varying levels of technical and risk understanding, as well as for all levels of stakeholders, including board and external regulators.

We are looking for someone as part of the Cybersecurity & Technology Controls (CTC) organization to analyze, consolidate and support production of reports on trends/metrics suitable for consumption at varying levels of technical and risk understanding, as well as for all levels of management, including board reporting and external regulators.
The successful candidate will need to be able to understand and articulate cyber and technological risks and work with technical and non-technical control owners to capture current risk status.
This role is an opportunity to work with a diverse collection of stakeholders within an exciting technical environment at the leading edge of digital banking and propel your knowledge and experience.
- Job responsibilities
- Support the technology risk and control environment for the legal entity for Chase UK
- Support the SMF24 CIO in surfacing and reporting risk in appropriate forums, and in response to regulatory asks
- Analyze and report on compliance of cyber and technology controls against Legal Entity, Lo B (Lines of Business), Firmwide and Regulatory Standards
- Develop relationships with stakeholders to facilitate oversight of the technical control environment
- Support reporting products used to ensure stakeholders are kept appraised of the performance of the technology control environment
- Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- An understanding of Enterprise Risk Management practices in a technical environment.
- Technical and operational understanding of financial services regulations.
- Demonstrable experience in a role involving direct or indirect interaction with UK financial services regulators (PRA and FCA)
- Self-motivated and with a desire to learn.
- Ability to operate on multiple tasks whilst still achieving high delivery standards.
- Technical Understanding of Cloud computing (Public/AWS, Private, Hybrid).
