As a Senior FIX Onboarding Specialist at JPMorgan Chase within the CIB - Equities LOB, you are an integral part of the team that is responsible for managing and facilitating the onboarding process for clients using the Financial Information Exchange (FIX) protocol. The FIX Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for leading the onboarding process for new clients and partners utilizing the FIX protocol. Job responsibilities:

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and advanced applied experience.
  • Strong understanding of the FIX protocol and electronic trading systems.
  • Demonstrated experience leading effective use of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools within the work environment.
  • Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows.
