This role provides sales and relationship management support to the UK Sales Team. The Sales Support team plays a critical role in helping Client Advisors operate effectively and deepen client relationships - building a strong understanding of client objectives, day-to-day activity, and the most important opportunities across the UK region.

Job responsibilities
  • Provide proactive sales and relationship management support to the UK Sales Team.
  • Manage client requests, responding to queries on funds and investment strategies in a timely, professional manner.
  • Coordinate, distribute, and maintain sales materials, presentations, and reporting for client meetings and pitches. Support and attend these meetings where required.
  • Coordinate and drive completion of RFPs and other key client documentation in partnership with the RFP team and Investment Specialist teams, to help grow the UK book of business.
  • Partner with Marketing and Events to plan and deliver high-impact client events in support of the Sales team.
  • Maintain and enhance client records in SEP, ensuring data quality, and acting as the team SME for SEP functionality.
  • Work closely with Client Services teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and that ongoing servicing requirements are consistently met.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and sales technology to streamline UK Sales tasks and workflows.

  • Collaborative team player with a proven ability to work effectively across multiple teams to deliver high-quality relationship support to clients.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, able to quickly establish credibility with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines consistently, and plan work effectively.
  • Comfortable working under time pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with confidence producing and formatting client-ready materials.
