You will partner closely with Sales leaders, Business Management, and Technology and Data teams to deliver scalable solutions with strong controls. As a Vice President in Sales Planning and Analysis, you will lead the reporting transformation agenda by applying AI-enabled analytics and automation to how we deliver insights. You will work with stakeholders across Sales, Business Management, and Technology and Data to build a prioritized roadmap and deliver controlled, scalable capabilities. You will help us shift from producing reports to producing decision-ready insights, with clear governance and measurable impact.
Job responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AI-enabled reporting transformation initiatives from concept through delivery, including success measures and adoption plans.
- Identify, prioritize, and size high-impact automation and AI use cases across reporting and planning processes.
- Partner with Sales and Research leadership to design modern reporting frameworks that emphasize insights, drivers, and decision support.
- Translate business questions into structured analysis and executive-ready narratives for senior stakeholders.
- Build and maintain an execution roadmap with Technology and Data partners, including delivery milestones and dependencies.
- Establish governance, controls, and key performance indicators to track quality, risk, and value delivered.
- Improve data integrity by strengthening validation checks, reconciliations, and controlled data preparation processes.
- Enable self-service insights through scalable solutions, clear documentation, and user enablement.
- Standardize reporting approaches and implement continuous improvement practices to improve cycle time and consistency.
- Coordinate with reporting partners, including offshore teams where applicable, to ensure outputs are accurate and business-relevant.
- Monitor delivered solutions and refine them based on user feedback, performance metrics, and evolving stakeholder needs.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Few years of experience in planning and analysis, business management, reporting, analytics, or a closely related role.
- Demonstrated experience translating business needs into an AI or automation roadmap and delivering initiatives end-to-end with measurable outcomes.
- Working knowledge of AI-enabled analytics and automation, including a strong focus on data quality, governance, and controls.
- Hands-on experience building large language model-enabled solutions, including prompt design and evaluation methods.
- Hands-on experience with production patterns for large language model solutions, such as retrieval-augmented generation, tool or function calling, and guardrails.
- Experience partnering with Technology and Data teams to deliver scalable solutions with controlled processes.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and deliver in a matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into clear insights.
- Strong written and presentation communication skills, with experience delivering executive-ready narratives.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accountability for delivery timelines and quality.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Hands-on Python experience for analytics, workflow automation, and repeatable pipelines.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience modernizing reporting platforms and enabling self-service reporting and insights.
- Experience with anomaly detection, automated data quality monitoring, or automated narrative generation.
- Experience setting up operating models, documentation standards, and measurement frameworks for analytics products.
- Experience coordinating with offshore or distributed delivery teams.
- Experience working in a sales or research-supported environment.
