This role offers the opportunity to influence high-profile decisions, contribute to the evolution of digital wealth propositions, and deliver meaningful outcomes for customers.

As a Proposition Strategy Associate in the Proposition Strategy team, you will help shape customer-led proposition decisions by translating insights, evidence, and stakeholder input into clear recommendations.

You will work closely with partners across Research, Analytics, Product, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to support proposition strategy and prioritisation.

  • Frame complex proposition challenges into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and decision options.
  • Translate customer research and customer experience insights into actionable proposition recommendations.
  • Build and maintain evidence repositories that capture insights, assumptions, confidence levels, and outstanding questions.
  • Support prioritisation and planning activities by providing structured, customer-focused inputs.
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Product teams to assess the feasibility of proposition opportunities.
  • Coordinate inputs from subject matter experts and align stakeholders around key assumptions and recommendations.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations, business cases, and decision materials.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market developments, and emerging trends relevant to proposition strategy.
  • Assess external developments and identify implications for customers and proposition direction.
  • Synthesise qualitative and quantitative inputs into clear narratives and recommendations.
  • Contribute to a customer-centric culture by ensuring customer value remains central to decision-making.
  • Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Experience in proposition strategy, customer insights, product strategy, consulting, or a related discipline within financial services, fintech, or another regulated industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to use customer research, behavioural insights, or customer data to inform business decisions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges.
  • Ability to synthesise complex information into clear and compelling recommendations.
  • Advanced Power Point skills and the ability to create executive-level presentations.
  • Strong Excel and data-analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and disciplines.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
