Responsibilities
- As a Product Solutions – Data and AI - Associate in the Chief Data and Analytics Office Product and Platform Client Engagement Team, guide internal clients in leveraging the Fusion Platform’s capabilities to achieve their data and analytics goals.
- Build expertise in Data and AI domains, create high-quality documentation and training materials, and support the implementation of integrated solutions.
- Collaborate across product, engineering, and architecture teams, helping clients maximize the value of their data.
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to influence product development and strategy.
- Balance multiple tasks, client engagements, and ongoing learning to stay current with industry trends.
- Manage office hours to educate, demo, and collect feedback from internal clients.
- Coordinate across Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to implement integrated solutions.
- Create and maintain user documentation and training materials.
- Guide clients in leveraging tools and capabilities to enable data and analytics outcomes.
- Synthesize complex information clearly and precisely.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Understanding of statistical models such as regression, tree-based methods, and artificial neural networks.
- Programming skills in at least one language for data analysis (e.g., Python, R, Scala).
- Experience applying data science or quantitative modeling to real-world financial use cases.
- Knowledge of open-source data analysis tools and machine learning libraries.
- Ability to create technical documentation and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Passion and motivation for continuous learning.
- Comfort with ambiguity and context switching.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and synthesize complex information.
- Strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Hands-on experience or solid understanding of LLMs, their capabilities, and limitations.
- Experience fine-tuning LLMs for specific tasks and applications.
- Familiarity with GenAI chatbots, summarization services, and GenAI business applications.
- Knowledge of agentic architectures, orchestration patterns, and evaluation approaches.
- Understanding of agentic systems for automating complex tasks and decision-making.
- Knowledge of cloud data science and machine learning services.
- Experience with tools for large-scale and distributed data analysis (e.g., Spark).
