As a Product Manager at JPMorgan Chase within the International Consumer Bank, you will be part of a flat‐structure organization. Your responsibilities will include accountability for building products and features that can be adapted to meet local market needs of customers while remaining unmistakably a Chase product. Your peerless management skills will enable you to get the products and features into production that meet the firm’s uncompromising standards on controls and risk while balancing the priorities of multiple markets.

Job Responsibilities
  • Own the Insurance experience for the UK & Europe – build a set of products and features that offer customers in multiple markets the right experience, while allowing products to meet the needs of customers in different markets.
  • Balance the requirements of markets, controls and technology to determine the short and long term roadmap for the insurance offering.
  • Write requirements and acceptance criteria for the product and features decided upon, collaborating with markets, design/content, platform and controls to ensure they are desirable, usable, feasible and viable.
  • Pull together the stakeholders required across backend, frontend, markets, controls, design, content etc required to deliver on the roadmap – and be accountable for that end‐to‐end delivery.
  • Be accountable for product performance, identifying weaknesses and prioritising improvements.
  • Manage relationship with insurance partners, ensuring they meet their SLAs while controlling costs.
  • Accountability for controls, ensuring that we continue to meet firm‐wide standards to manage risk and regulatory obligations.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience within package current account for a bank or in an insurance company working with banks or in a bank as insurance product manager and a thorough understanding of the regulatory obligations applying to insurance.
  • Experienced product manager, able to demonstrate how they balanced multiple priorities to define a roadmap.
  • Able to articulate their product KPIs, how they monitored performance and how they improved it.
  • A track record of delivery against a product roadmap.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and explain decisions clearly, logically, empathetically but firmly.
  • Understanding of personal lines insurance in the UK and major European markets.
