Description

JP Morgan Personal Investing is looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for great customer service to join our Pension Operations team as an Operations Analyst.

You will manage a variety of pension operations functions, including transfers, drawdown, and contributions, ensuring an excellent customer experience.

You will also contribute to process improvements and take initiative in driving your career and development forward.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage pension operations functions including transfers, drawdown, and contributions.
  • Understand and process the end-to-end transfer journey for customers.
  • Contribute to changing and improving processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pension products and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Support the implementation of strategic change initiatives.
  • Prioritize and manage workload across multiple workstreams.
