As a Market and Product Expansion Manager within Kinexys, you are an integral part of the team whose work supports the successful release and adoption of products. As a core contributor of the team, you will drive high-impact initiatives and deliver on our most critical priorities.
Job responsibilities:
- Conducts comprehensive pricing analysis to evaluate market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and client behaviour.
- Performs market research to understand the local needs and requirements for product improvements.
- Develops and maintains a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively tailor collateral to specific markets.
- Advises on the available standards, methods, tools, and applications relevant to the regulatory environment to ensure our products meet all necessary risk and compliance checks.
- Support the development and ongoing refinement of strategy for our business, translating priorities into executable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Conduct quantitative analysis to inform go-to-market strategy, including sizing opportunities and assessing adoption/segment dynamics.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across product, technology, legal, risk, compliance, and operations.
- Prepare clear, concise presentation materials for senior leadership.
- Maintain an informed view of the digital assets and broader fintech landscape.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Consulting or strategy experience.
- Strong understanding of risk management and controls, regional and local nuances, and governance requirements.
- Proven ability to comprehend and interpret market regulatory requirements to confirm and secure required market approvals and operational requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to synthesize complex/ambiguous information into structured insights and recommendations.
- Maintaining both a collaborative working style while also being very comfortable working independently with minimal guidance.
