Within Payments, you will deepen your knowledge across a broad suite of solutions, including cash management, merchant services, commercial card, and trade finance products.

As an EMEA Innovation Economy Payments Sales Analyst within the Corporate & Investment Banking division, you will be instrumental in cultivating and expanding client relationships throughout the UK & Europe. You will partner with Payments Sales Managers to deliver tailored payment solutions to our clients, directly contributing to their growth and the broader innovation ecosystem. This role requires close collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external clients to design and implement comprehensive strategies for the team’s portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Payments Sales Managers to develop client proposals, identify optimal solutions, and conduct detailed cost-benefit analyses.
  • Assist in preparing for client meetings by creating compelling pitch books, drafting account plans, and performing in-depth customer research.
  • Support responses to RFPs/RFIs and coordinate ad-hoc analytical projects.
  • Facilitate communication with product partners to deliver integrated Payments solutions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate setup of services and pricing.
  • Prepare account plans, business strategy reviews, and relationship assessments to drive client engagement.
  • Oversee the onboarding and implementation process for new clients, ensuring seamless transitions and exceptional service delivery.
  • Guide clients through JPMorgan’s extensive ecosystem, ensuring they receive outstanding service and support at every touchpoint.
  • Continuously develop a deep understanding of JPMorgan Payments products, services, and operational processes.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, market trends, and emerging themes relevant to the Innovation Economy.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
