As a Lead Solutions Analyst in compliance, you will work within a dynamic team to deliver technology-driven change. You will act as a key bridge between product owners, business, operations, designers, and software developers. Your role involves understanding business processes, collecting and analyzing data, and providing strategic insights to support business initiatives. You will navigate ambiguity, manage change, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure excellence in service delivery.
Responsibilities- Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business processes and requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions for complex projects.
