Job responsibilities:
- Develop content for strategic meetings with clients regarding M&A or capital market transactions.
- Interact with senior team members and client management teams on a daily basis to execute transactions.
- Work on detailed valuation analysis, including DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables and LBO analyses.
- Partner with country and product teams.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of information and help develop innovative client solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, able to multi-task and manage projects independently.
- Comfort in and commitment to teamwork environment.
- High level of attention to detail and time management.
- Excellent presentation skills; comfortable presenting to client senior management, investors and senior members of the firm.
This role encompasses the performance of regulated activity. The successful candidate will therefore be subject to meeting regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and (where appropriate) approval by the relevant regulatory authorities to carry out such activities.
