As a Vice President / Executive Director in Global Equities Electronic Client Solutions, you will partner with a dynamic team to deliver market-leading electronic trading solutions. You will engage directly with clients, foster relationships, and drive product innovation. Your role is pivotal in enhancing our execution capabilities and supporting the growth of our business. Job Responsibilities:

  • Grow market share and enhance the franchise by leveraging existing client relationships.
  • Deliver premium products and exceptional service to quantitative and systematic clients.
  • Strengthen client relationships and increase wallet share through superior execution.
  • Collaborate across business lines to align execution channels with client needs.
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks through operational excellence to continue to build our reputational integrity with customers and reduce error P&L.
  • Demonstrate thought on idea generation for new strategic opportunities to help grow our business and follow through to completion.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Extensive industry experience and established relationships with quantitative and systematic clients.
  • Expertise in quantitative execution channels, including algorithms, smart order routing, and latency-sensitive products.
  • Proven experience in delivering custom algorithmic and smart order routing solutions for systematic trading.
  • Deep understanding of equities trading at macro and micro market levels, with strong knowledge of EMEA market structure.
  • Strong knowledge of and relationships with EMEA exchanges, including liquidity schemes and exchange tariffs.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Industry experience is essential, with strong technical and analytical capabilities and coding experience preferred.

This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity. The successful candidate will therefore be subject to meeting UK regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and (where appropriate) approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulation Authority to carry out such activities.
