If you are a passionate, inquisitive, and detail-focused Equity Research or Investment Banking professional with experience in the Real Estate sector and strong knowledge of Equity Research and financial modelling, this role is for you.
You will work within our top-rated team, under the mentorship and guidance of Senior Analysts, contributing to thematic deep-dives, strategic reviews, results analysis, and industry presentations.

As an Associate or Vice President in the Real Estate Equity Research Team, you will contribute to writing research reports, including thematic deep-dives, strategic reviews, results analysis, and industry/company presentations.
You will communicate with institutional investors, company representatives, internal clients (Sales, Sector Specialists & Trading), and other stakeholders.
You will create, maintain, and update company models and databases, gaining exposure to a wide range of industry topics and building relationships across the business.

- Contribute to writing research reports, including thematic deep-dives, strategic reviews, results analysis, and industry/company presentations.
- Communicate with institutional investors, company representatives, internal clients (Sales, Sector Specialists & Trading), and other stakeholders.
- Create, maintain, and update company models and databases.
- Collaborate with Senior Analysts and team members to deliver impactful research
- Stock Coverage alongside the Senior Analysts Coverages
- Stay abreast of sector and industry developments.
- Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in Research or Banking (Industry, ECM, M&A).
- Passion for markets, stocks, and investing.
- Strong analytical, accounting, and quantitative skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and confidently with colleagues and external clients.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written.
- Ability to produce accurate and detailed materials.
- Strong time management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point.

This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity.
