As a Portfolio and Insights Lead in Markets Technology, you will play a pivotal role within the Business Management and Strategy team, partnering directly with senior Technology leadership.

You will ensure disciplined, transparent governance and deliver actionable insights that anticipate issues and drive investment choices.

You will automate manual processes, streamline reporting, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Your work will empower leadership to prioritize investments, manage execution risk, and deliver on commitments in a dynamic, high-impact environment.

  • Job responsibilities
  • Act as the central point of accountability for portfolio governance standards and executive reporting frameworks across Markets Technology.
  • Translate portfolio data into structured, actionable insights on delivery health, execution risk, and investment outcomes.
  • Provide independent challenge and insight on delivery readiness, execution risk, dependencies, and remediation plans ahead of senior governance forums.
  • Own the design, evolution, and integrity of executive metrics spanning portfolio governance, financial discipline, stability, hygiene, controls, and resiliency.
  • Ensure reporting is forward-looking, risk-based, and outcome-focused.
  • Drive clear decisions, actions, and ownership from senior governance forums with disciplined follow-through.
  • Build strong relationships across Technology leadership, Corporate Business Technology teams, Portfolio Governance, Finance, Risk & Control, and Delivery teams.
  • Simplify and automate portfolio reporting, reducing manual effort and duplication.
  • Support senior leadership with portfolio-level insight to inform prioritization, trade-offs, and investment decisions.
  • Ensure leadership has a single, coherent view of Markets Technology execution health.
  • Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Strong experience in Technology Business Management, Finance, or COO-type roles within large, matrixed organizations.
  • Proven ability to operate with senior leadership and complex stakeholder groups.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with portfolio governance, workforce strategy, and enterprise reporting.
  • Comfortable operating across strategy, execution, and operational detail.
  • Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
