As the Asset Management Client Skills Training and Technology Training Associate, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and delivering a suite of training programs—including those focused on our proprietary technology platforms. You will contribute to the prioritization and execution of strategic business initiatives, and play a key role in upskilling professionals to best serve our clients and maximize the value of our technology solutions. The team covers nearly all areas of Asset Management, with a focus on Client Advisors, Investment Specialists, Client Service teams, and technology adoption.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage project plans and timelines, coordinate logistics, and measure the success of training initiatives to drive the implementation of our Asset Management Training Strategy.
- Design and deliver training programs on proprietary technology platforms, ensuring employees are confident and proficient in using these tools.
- Support strategic initiatives and key priorities by providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Participate in collaborative initiatives with regional and global team members and managers, seeking ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business practices.
- Communicate effectively with key business partners regionally and globally to understand initiatives and drive next steps, always aiming to build scalable, consistent processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to design engaging training content, assessments, and workshops, ensuring content builds on foundational programs and bridges to advanced learning.
- Coordinate agendas, presentations, and follow-ups for internal forums (e.g., management meetings).
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to synthesize information and formulate clear, compelling presentations for Senior Management.
- Strong work ethic; self-starter with a creative, can-do attitude.

- High-level proficiency in MS Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with video and virtual meeting technology.
- Experience delivering technology training or onboarding for proprietary platforms, ideally in a financial services or technology-driven environment.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible training materials for diverse audiences.
- Comfort with hands-on demonstrations, troubleshooting, and supporting users in real time.
- Not required, but preferred: experience with Tableau and Large Language Models (LLMs).
