As a Summer Analyst in the Commercial & Investment Bank Securities Services Leadership Program you will develop your analytical, technical and leadership skills while gaining hands-on program management experience in your role. You will work with engaged managers in your location and have exposure to global teams across all areas of Securities Services. Additionally, you will have regular engagement and networking opportunities with business leaders, current program participants and alumni. You also have the support of a sponsor, program manager, as well as your direct manager.
In this program you’ll get an in-depth look into one of the business areas of Securities Services while gaining exposure to the full end-to-end business. You'll work with experienced managers and team members on priority initiatives that span across all aspects of Securities Services. You will have the opportunity to work across business areas within the Commercial and Investment Bank and colleagues around the globe. As a summer analyst you will have programming created to provide you with a comprehensive overview of the business, key skills for the future and have access to all of our Securities Services University courses.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Exceptional writing, verbal communication and client-facing skills.
- Have the aptitude to synthesise large amounts of information and to develop innovative solutions.
- Clear, articulate, and concise verbal and written communication.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads, strong time-management skills.
- Ability to understand and resolve or escalate issues quickly.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
- Expected graduation date of June 2027 – September 2028.
