As a Full-time Analyst in the Chase Digital Development Programme, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on transforming customer experiences and developing innovative offerings. Your time will be made up of three eight-month rotations, so you can see what goes into developing intuitive experiences, from start to finish. You will have the opportunity to work across different areas of the business, learn from diverse leadership styles, and gain hands-on experience in product management. Your role will involve generating fresh ideas, strategizing, collaborating with developers and engineers, and working closely with our customer experience team to deliver exceptional digital banking solutions. After successfully completing the program, highly-motivated Analysts will be on track for increased responsibilities and career growth opportunities. We’ll support you to explore opportunities within ICB to find the right role for you.
