As a Security Manager Associate in the Global Security Team, you ensure the safety and security of our London campus buildings. You will work with us to protect our people and assets, manage security operations, and respond to emergencies. Together, we create a secure environment where everyone can focus on what matters most. You will collaborate with colleagues across the business and have the opportunity to develop your expertise in a supportive team.
Responsibilities- Manage the security vendor team, including training and performance checks
- Develop and maintain building-specific security plans and staff training
- Facilitate safe evacuation and post-evacuation security of premises
- Oversee visitor and contractor management, including risk and access control
- Analyze security needs and update procedures for protection of people and property
- Assist with implementing new security measures and safety systems
- Conduct staff training in incident management and building safety
- Coordinate security for internal and external events with relevant teams
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure effective crisis management policies
- Lead security briefings, debriefings, and after-action reporting
- Prepare reports and conduct site-specific security surveys as required
- Experience in emergency response, operations, or crisis management
- Knowledge of physical and technical security systems, including access control and CCTV
- Incident management and escalation experience
- Management experience with large-scale security guarding contracts
- Experience in executive protection or event security procedures
- Ability to conduct site risk assessments and security evaluations
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Experience with risk and controls, data privacy programs, and process improvement
- Ability to handle confidential, personal, and sensitive information
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Previous experience in a corporate security role
- Familiarity with security operations in large office buildings
- Experience collaborating with law enforcement or partner agencies
