As an Insights and Solutions Senior Associate in the Insights and Solutions team, you play a key role in enhancing how we operate and deliver results. You will work closely with us to map, simplify, and document processes, supporting strategic improvements across departments. Responsibilities:- Partner with project teams to interview stakeholders and generate insights for process improvements.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to review and optimize processes, enhancing efficiency.
- Support the identification of opportunities for innovation using digital tools.
- Assist in evaluating processes to uncover inefficiencies and recommend solutions, including automation.
- Craft clear narratives to communicate complex ideas and influence change.
- Lead workstreams, demonstrating leadership and contributing to a positive team culture.
