You will lead product development within the firm’s institutional digital asset and blockchain team, bringing expertise in blockchain infrastructure and institutional digital assets.
- Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets for institutional digital asset infrastructure.
- Lead the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets such as cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth.
- Coach and mentor the product team on best practices, including solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind‑mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery to effectively deliver on objectives.
- Own product performance and be accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for product differentiation.
- Drive product build for institutional digital asset infrastructure and client‑facing interfaces from concept through launch.
