JP Morgan Personal Investing is looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for great customer service to join our ISA team as a Transfers Analyst. The role requires accurate and timely administration of ISA, LISA, JISA and GIA transfers in and out of the bank using the Equisoft platform. We are increasingly focused on asset transfers, so we are looking for an individual with that experience. The role also requires withdrawals processing and internal liaison with client services and sales to ensure an excellent experience for our customers. You will also contribute to process improvements and take the initiative in driving your career and development forward.
Job Responsibilities
- Process cash and in-specie ISA transfers in and out using the Equisoft platform.
- Process withdrawals and ensure timely banking.
- Verification, QC and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues often under pressure.
- Ensure an excellent transfers experience for customers submitting transfers.
- Contribute to changing and improving processes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
- Experience with cash and asset ISA transfers ideally using the Equisoft platform.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage and prioritise workload.
- Curiosity and a will to succeed.
- Ability to work in the office on a full-time basis.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel.
- Knowledge of other retail investment products.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
