Overview
Investment Banking - M&A - Private Capital Advisory - Executive Director - London. This is an exciting opportunity to lead deals in the private market and contribute to our Investment Banking business at J.P. Morgan.
Responsibilities
- Lead M&A private capital transactions
- Take responsibility for specific transaction types within M&A Private Capital Advisory
- Develop and deepen relationships with key issuer and investor clients
- Work closely with partners in industry, country and product partners
- Provide leadership, mentorship and supervision to relevant team members
Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
- Relevant Investment Banking experience (M&A or Leveraged Finance) or buy-side experience
- Ability to interact with senior clients in a skilled manner
- Ability to work independently and take initiatives
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Desire to be a market leader in advising clients on M&A private capital transactions
