Job Description

As a Change Project Manager specializing in the Individual Accountability Regime (IAR), you will oversee the framework and operating model, driving process improvements and supporting senior executives. Your role involves engaging with regional management and governance leads to enhance efficiencies across Lines of Business and Functions.
Responsibilities include:
- Review and develop processes for quality and efficiency improvements.
- Identify, design, and manage process improvement projects.
- Interpret and apply SMR and SEAR regulations, providing expert advice.
- Support stakeholders on regulatory requirements and implement regulatory changes.
- Act as a key contact for SMR/SEAR queries and issues.

Qualifications and Skills:
