As a Governance and Reporting Associate, you act as a key advisor to the Head of Reliability Operations ensuring robust oversight and compliance with regulatory requirements. You drive strategic initiatives to enhance governance frameworks, operational controls, and reporting standards while fostering strong cross-functional relationships. You'll also manage operational coordination of the pillar leads for Reliability Operations (Change, Problem, Incident Management and Software Quality).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain partnerships across Technology, Controls, and other lines of business.
  • Plan, schedule, and facilitate monthly reviews for Reliability Operations.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including room bookings, agendas, materials, attendees, logistics, and follow-up actions.
  • Produce and assure the quality of monthly reports; draft and review minutes; track and close open actions on time.
