Join our dynamic EMEA Investor Access Team in London, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting the execution of our corporate access products. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that arranges corporate and expert access events for our equity and credit institutional investor clients.

As an Analyst within the EMEA Investor Access Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of our corporate access products. This role offers the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment of real-time market pressures while remaining focused on client needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Schedule 1:1 and small group meetings at conferences & forums
  • Manage procedures for conference product
  • Produce and regularly update Investor Access Presentation Materials
  • Organize non-deal roadshows
  • Arrange investor trips in Europe, including booking meetings with corporates
  • Assist in executing Investor access events

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills:

  • You bring strong front office administrative experience and knowledge of the capital markets
  • You bring Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word proficiency
  • You demonstrate good judgment – decision-making is your strong point
  • You have strong interpersonal skills – you listen and communicate in a direct, succinct manner
  • You are detail oriented and self-motivated
  • Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, can engage and influence partners and stakeholders
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment of real-time market pressures and easily remain focused on client needs
