Global Real Estate is organized to efficiently partner with each line of business to provide global functional expertise with local implementation and manage the firm's real estate assets & investments. The GRE EMEA property portfolio is massive spanning across 38 countries. As the Process and Efficiency Lead you will be responsible for leading operational excellence, making processes and operational metrics sharper with intent to bring about standardization, enhancing efficiency and inter-functional coordination. You will bring about a more scientific approach focusing on metrics and analytics which will help bring about better productivity. You will review and embed processes to enhance cross-functional service delivery leading to flawless execution. Ensure global processes are adapted and followed on ground.
As a Global Real Estate – Process and Efficiency Lead - Associate/VP in Global Real Estate Department you will develop standard metrics to identify opportunities for workplace efficiency improvement, manage and monitor functional and operational metrics for a focused and continuous improvement effort. You will also ensure uniform application of workplace metrics across the portfolio for consistent performance measurement, closely monitor results against set performance metrics to verify outcomes and address gaps and supply Partner KPI and SLA management, enhancing efficiency through effective collaboration.
Responsibilities- Design and implement a comprehensive set of metrics that provide clear visibility into operational performance. These metrics will serve as key indicators to pinpoint areas where processes can be optimized, resources can be better utilized, and overall workplace efficiency can be enhanced.
- Establish robust systems for tracking and analyzing both functional and operational metrics. Regularly review performance data to ensure that improvement initiatives remain targeted and effective, fostering a culture of ongoing enhancement and accountability.
- Standardize the use of workplace metrics across locations. This uniformity enables consistent benchmarking, facilitates meaningful comparisons, and supports the identification of best practices that can be scaled across the organization.
- Continuously assess the impact of implemented changes by comparing actual results to established goals. Use data-driven insights to identify any discrepancies, and promptly make necessary adjustments to bridge performance gaps and achieve desired outcomes.
- Oversee the development and management of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for supply partners. Work collaboratively to ensure that partners meet or exceed agreed-upon standards, driving operational efficiency and strengthening service delivery across the portfolio.
- Champion initiatives aimed at streamlining workflows and optimizing operational processes. Proactively identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that drive productivity and enhance overall business performance.
- Review, moderate, align, and implement new procedures and processes to enhance cross-functional service delivery, leading to flawless execution: Conduct thorough assessments of existing procedures, facilitate moderation and alignment across teams, and oversee the rollout of new processes. Ensure that these changes foster seamless collaboration between functions, resulting in consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Lead the region in the identification and development of best practices and changes across functions, in partnership with internal and external partners: Collaborate with stakeholders both within and outside the organization to benchmark and develop best practices. Drive continuous improvement by sharing insights and implementing innovative changes that benefit all functional areas.
- Ensure implementation across the portfolio and carry out training sessions: Oversee the effective adoption of new processes throughout the entire portfolio. Organize and deliver comprehensive training sessions to ensure all team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills required for successful execution and sustained process excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in a similar role.
- Strong experience in GRE field handling Operations, Efficiency, Process and Analytics.
- Strong influencing skills. Ability to overcome resistance, negotiate and come to consensus solutions.
- Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and moderate discussion.
- Effective negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Experience in Change Management.
- Strong interpersonal communication and team player skills.
- Proficiency in technical writing and attention to detail.
