As a Technology Support Lead in the Equities Prime Financial Services Production Management team, you will help maintain the stability, availability, and performance of key applications. You will support product flows across Futures and Options, Credit, Rates, and FX, from Exchange connectivity to client reporting. You will work in a collaborative environment that values communication and continuous improvement. Your proactive approach will help drive automation and innovation. You will play a vital role in connecting business and technology to deliver outstanding results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and optimize production application environments to ensure readiness for business, operations, and clients.
  • Collaborate with technology, business, and operations teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.
  • Drive automation and implement innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and reduce manual tasks.
