As a Product Director in Post Trade Technology, you will serve as the strategic and operational leader at the intersection of data strategy, platform adoption, and cross-organizational change management. You will drive the vision for data strategy execution, coordinate across Markets and Corporate Technology, and champion the adoption of the Markets Data Lake. You will work within a collaborative team culture, making a direct impact on how we manage and leverage data across Derivatives and Securities. Your leadership will help us deliver innovative solutions and achieve our business goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversees and evolves the Post Trade Technology Data Strategy roadmap, translating vision into actionable plans.
- Leads the entire product life cycle, adapting and developing new products and methodologies to support growth.
- Designs the organizational framework for Data Product Lines, defining boundaries and scope based on business needs.
- Defines and prioritizes Data Product Lines, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Acts as the primary liaison between Post Trade Technology and the Markets Data Lake platform team.
- Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices in product development and delivery.
- Works closely with technical engineering, data modelling and data governance resources for platform integration and governance standards.
- Owns product performance and invests in enhancements to achieve business objectives.
- Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Expertise in delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
- Deep knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
- Ability to influence adoption of key product life cycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
- Experience driving organizational change and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Experience in financial services or post trade technology environments.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements impacting data management.
