As an Agility Lead in Market Risk Tech, you will guide teams in adopting and advancing Agile practices. You will foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance, empowering teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Your leadership and coaching will help teams adapt to changing priorities and continuously improve. You will play a key role in shaping operational and business outcomes. Job Responsibilities
- Lead and coach teams to adopt and implement agile methodologies, promoting open communication and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate effective events and sessions, such as reviews, retrospectives, workshops, and training.
- Mentor and support individuals, teams, and the organization in agile mindset, culture, practices, and structure.
- Develop and implement operational and transformation plans, prioritising tasks and managing resources to achieve product goals.
- Use advanced communication and facilitation skills to manage and influence stakeholders.
- Identify trends and contribute to the development of new policies and best practices.
- Inspire and motivate teams to embrace an agile mindset and drive positive change.
- Partner with agile thought leaders to solve problems and increase adoption of agile practices.
- Support de‑scaling and scaling of agility, ensuring transparency and reducing dependencies.
- Remove impediments to increase agility and effectiveness for teams and the organization.
- Cultivate team health and effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative measures.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Expertise in coaching teams and individuals on agile methodologies and project management.
- Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of agile delivery and multiple agile approaches, including Scrum, Kanban, XP, and scaling frameworks.
- Solid understanding of de‑scaling and scaling approaches for agility, such as Team Topologies, Nexus, LeSS, Scrum of Scrums, Scrum at Scale, or SAFe.
- Ability to collaborate and influence people at various levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging and guiding stakeholders.
- Experience in software development, including leadership, engineering, or testing roles.
- Experience as a Scrum Master and agile team coach.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Scrum Master and Team Coaching certifications (e.g., PSM 2/3, A-CSM, CSP‑SM, ICP‑ATF, ICP‑ACC, ICE‑AC).
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Lucidspark, Confluence, or similar.
- Background in financial services or regulatory industries.
