As a Business Resiliency Lead for CTO (JPMC’s Chief Technology Office), you will partner with CTO stakeholders to develop, implement, and rigorously test Business Resiliency Plans and Essential Service Summaries in alignment with JPMorganChase’s Firm-Wide Resiliency Standards and external requirements.
Working across all of CTO, including senior leadership, plan owners, other risk leads aligned to specific areas and cross-functional teams, you will ensure that resiliency planning is not only in place but also regularly exercised and validated, so bank operations can continue with minimal impact during disruptive events.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will foster a culture of continual development, supporting evolving requirements, embracing rapid change, and embodying the values of resiliency across the organization.
Your role is key to ensuring that CTO’s risk management, disaster recovery, continuity planning, and crisis management frameworks are robust, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives.
