We are looking for an associate to join our TCOPS team, supporting the Securities Services Processing CBT portfolio. The role involves risk management, modernization, and infrastructure planning. Ideal candidates have experience in technology operations, risk, or infrastructure, with strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate across global teams.
As an Infrastructure Architect III at JPMorganChase within the TCOPS team, you are a significant contributor to your team by utilizing your strong knowledge of software, applications, and technical processes. You will solve complex and broad business problems with simple straightforward solutions and methodologies of moderate scope.
Job Responsibilities- Applies technical knowledge to complete projects of moderate scope
- Resolves most issues independently and escalates more complex problems accordingly
- Proactively identifies problems in infrastructure and advises on solutions and provides feedback
- Engages with team members to drive daily activities
- Synthesizes problems as a whole, breaks them down, and designs solutions
- Adds to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect
Modernization: Data centre migrations (UK, SG, HK, NAMR), Public and Private cloud consultation, Dbaas to GOS and GSS project coordination, modernization planning, change management.
Infrastructure: Planning, budgeting, lifecycle management, cost optimization, productivity initiatives, infrastructure reviews.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure architecture principles
- Proficient in one or more programming languages
- Self-tutor and ability to continue to develop knowledge of infrastructure architecture domains
- Demonstrated experience in testing, debugging, and networking in a large corporate environment
- Understands working in agile methodologies
- Practical cloud native experience
- Experience in technology operations, risk, or infrastructure
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work across global teams
