As a Data Owner Associate in the Office of Regulation and Document Governance, you will help us expand our artificial intelligence portfolio by driving delivery execution, testing and validation, control coordination, and ongoing performance monitoring. You will work closely with business, product, data science, and technology partners to turn ideas into well-documented, well-governed solutions that improve how we work and manage risk. You will thrive in a curious, collaborative team culture where we move quickly, learn continuously, and focus on measurable impact.

Job responsibilities:

  • Drive execution across multiple artificial intelligence initiatives by coordinating plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder updates.
  • Define and document problem statements, requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics in partnership with business leads.
  • Collaborate with data science, ORDG product and technology teams throughout discovery, prototyping, validation, launch, and iteration.
  • Establish structured feedback loops that route learnings and decisions back to model and product partners.
  • Monitor performance and adoption by maintaining dashboards and preparing regular updates and readouts.
  • Own an optimization backlog, logging ideas and issues, supporting prioritization, and tracking delivery through release.
  • Manage control and governance requirements, tracking evidence, scheduling reviews, and reporting status.
  • Stay current on advances in artificial intelligence, evaluation approaches, and safety guardrails to contribute ideas to the roadmap.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Genuine passion for artificial intelligence, with hands-on experience experimenting with large language models and agentic tools and the ability to articulate how AI creates business value.
  • Strong experience supporting product, project, or programme delivery in a cross-functional environment.
  • Proven ability to coordinate across stakeholders with strong organisation, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets — able to synthesise results into clear updates, insights, and actionable next steps.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including structured status updates to senior management.
  • Confident meeting facilitation.
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams and shifting priorities while maintaining quality and control discipline.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics, identify trends, and translate findings into recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills:

  • Experience with common delivery and reporting tooling, such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience with dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
