In the GT Cohort Hiring 2.0 – Program Management role, you will help us execute new processes regarding cohort hiring placements, onboarding, orientation, and acclimation. You will deliver the candidate placement process, using inputs from candidates as well as hiring managers to create a smooth, effective placement process for all relevant stakeholders. As the Cohort hiring program manager, you will plan for and partner with the key stakeholders for onboarding and facilitate New Hire Orientation Day-One experience (in-person or virtual). You will also engage with new hires and hiring managers during the acclimation phase of their employment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end placement, onboarding, orientation, and acclimation processes in designated locations, ensuring all activities are maintained and supported.
  • Engage with candidates and hiring managers to deliver business-required activities and follow up on requirements.
  • Balance preferences of candidates and hiring managers, regularly collecting and measuring acclimation feedback.
  • Promote awareness and adoption of cohort hiring processes among hiring managers.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, fostering a “one team” mentality.
  • Troubleshoot incidents and identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • Deliver high-quality solutions focused on innovation and elevating the experience for candidates, new hires, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Use analytics and usage patterns to proactively address issues and enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure data integrity throughout all stages of the process.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Relevant experience in recruiting, program management, and technology, with understanding of key technology areas in financial services.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer empathy skills.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels, driving collaboration and change.
  • Analytical skills to synthesize information, adapt approaches, and ensure successful process delivery.
  • Proven leadership with initiative, autonomy, and accountability for strategic decisions.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable introducing new concepts and solutions in dynamic environments.
  • Passion for enhancing new hire experience, business strategy, and continuous learning.
  • Awareness of risk and reputational issues, with ability to address and escalate as needed.
