As an Architect II – Data Technology Controls Analyst at JPMorgan Chase within the Corporate Investment Bank (CIB) Risk and Control Management function, you support the rollout and implementation of data‑related technology controls defined by Firmwide Data Assurance and the CIB Chief Data Office (CDO).
Responsibilities
- Define and publish data‑related technology control procedures for CIB, including technical data quality, data retention and destruction, data protection, and data privacy controls.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise regarding the data‑related technology control procedures to Firmwide Data Assurance, CIB CDO Leads, sub‑LoB Data Governance Leads, Application Owners, and Information Security Managers.
- Support CIB Application Owners with the adoption and evidencing of data‑related technology control procedures.
- Maintain a knowledge base for data‑related technology control procedures, including best practice, guidelines and training.
- Track and report metrics and OKR’s (Objectives and Key Results).
