Start your career in technology and earn your degree in Digital and Technology Solutions on this four-year program. You will learn in a hands-on environment what it\βs like to be part of a team working with and developing new cutting edge technologies.
As a Technology Apprentice in our London office, you will earn your degree while working in our technology business alongside our industry experts. The four-year degree apprenticeship program offers a comprehensive introduction to the world of technology within financial services and the chance to obtain a full honours degree in Digital and Technology Solutions from University of Exeter, combined with valuable work experience at JPMorganChase. The first year will be focused on general studies, and after that, you\βll move into a specialism: software engineering, network engineering, cybersecurity, data analytics, business analysis, or IT consultancy.

Job Responsibilities
- Working on enhancements and upgrades to existing software and developing new applications as part of an agile team.
- Reviewing code and testing applications.
- Participating in team projects, making a contribution to our business while applying the knowledge that you\βre learning in the classroom.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Meeting the eligibility criteria for Apprenticeship Levy Funding.
- A minimum of BBB grades (or equivalent) at A-Level or other qualification (B grade or higher), with one mathematics, computing, or IT-based subject required.
- GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English (5 or above) and Mathematics (6 or above).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- A continuous learning mindset.

- Passion for technology within financial services and a drive to learn new skills.

What\βs Next?

Once you have submitted your application, we will review it to assess your eligibility. If you advance to the next stage, you will receive an email invitation to participate in an online Super Day. The online Super Day will happen within the last two weeks of October or at the beginning of November.
If successful after Assessment Centre, the final recruitment step is an in-person Assessment Evening. The in-person Assessment Evening will happen within the last two weeks of November or at the beginning of December.
