Job Summary

As a Product Delivery Manager in Cloud Foundational Services, you will enhance and optimize how products are delivered to customers. You will create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an organized and expedient way. You will work closely with stakeholders, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement. Your role will help shape the team culture and ensure our products deliver maximum value. You will be a key contributor to our delivery strategy and execution.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end product delivery processes, including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting
  • Manage timelines and dependencies, monitor blockers, ensure adequate resourcing, and liaise with stakeholders and functional partners
  • Participate in defining the product component roadmap and backlog
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to refine requirements, understand priorities, and provide feedback on delivery timelines
  • Participate in quarterly planning with engineering teams
  • Refine feature requests in collaboration with engineering
  • Drive data-driven innovation to optimize the delivery lifecycle
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, including deployment processes and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels
  • Experience with Public Cloud Providers and capabilities at an enterprise scale-Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS required
  • Domain knowledge or previous experience within infrastructure or technology platforms
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Previous team management experience
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
