The predicted salary is between 100000 - 150000 £ per year.
You will be working on the implementation of a new tool to support application migration to the Public Cloud, which will involve liaising with other stakeholders, documenting processes, defining requirements and integration with other product solutions. You will need to understand the application development lifecycle, track and review status of requirements as well as working closely with the stakeholders across Corporate Investment Banking technology.
You will need to work directly with each line of business in Corporate Investment Banking to understand the current process for moving an application into production, align to the firmwide process and document and track requirements to enhance the process. You will work across software development, production management, architecture and risk and controls. You will consolidate this engagement into clearly defined requirements, tracking, metrics and reporting. You will work closely with the project and product manager to share requirements and define target dates for completion, support workshops, office hours and regular stakeholder meetings.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- A strong understanding of at least one business function in the firm, as well as a broader understanding of other areas.
- Proficiency in business applications, data usage, and management
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
- Engaging with Product Owners to build fluency in their product in order to develop communications and training content
- Analysis of application architecture and data components to build an alignment to the cloud migration tool
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, SDLC, AI/ML and data architecture & analytics would be beneficial
- Project Management skills would be a bonus
