If you are a passionate, inquisitive, and detail-focused Equity Research or Investment Banking professional with experience in the Staples & Beverages sector and strong knowledge of Equity Research and financial modeling, this role is for you. You will work within our top-rated team, under the mentorship and guidance of Senior Analysts, contributing to thematic deep-dives, strategic reviews, results analysis, and industry presentations. As an Associate or Vice President in the Consumer Staples Equity Research Team, you will:
- Contribute to writing research reports, including thematic deep-dives, strategic reviews, results analysis, and industry/company presentations.
- Communicate with institutional investors, company representatives, internal clients (Sales, Sector Specialists & Trading), and other stakeholders.
- Create, maintain, and update company models and databases.
- Collaborate with Senior Analysts and team members to deliver impactful research.
- Stay abreast of sector and industry developments.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience in Research or Banking (Industry, ECM, M&A).
- Passion for markets, stocks, and investing.
- Strong analytical, accounting, and quantitative skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and confidently with colleagues and external clients.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written.
- Ability to produce accurate and detailed materials.
- Strong time management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Extensive experience within the Staples & Beverages sector.
- Data analysis and coding skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity.
