Job Summary
As a Cloud Program Delivery Lead in our Cloud Delivery team, you will own and drive the successful delivery of critical cloud initiatives. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, manage complex programs, and ensure alignment with business priorities. Your leadership will foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and high performance. You will play a key role in shaping our cloud strategy and delivering value to the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end delivery of critical cloud programs, ensuring alignment to business priorities and outcomes.
- Lead integrated delivery across multiple workstreams, clarifying scope, milestones, and dependencies.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of cloud platforms and services at scale.
- Act as the primary interface for senior stakeholders across technology, product, cybersecurity, and business.
- Drive alignment, resolve conflicts, and influence decision-making at the executive level.
- Represent delivery status, risks, and outcomes in executive forums.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
- Establish and enforce delivery governance, reporting disciplines, and control frameworks.
- Provide clear, concise, and actionable reporting to senior leadership.
- Own resource planning, budget oversight, and vendor engagement for assigned programs.
- Champion modern delivery practices including Agile and DevOps.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience leading large-scale technical delivery in complex, global organizations.
- Executive-level stakeholder management and influencing capability.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, budgets, and delivery outcomes.
- Experience managing risks, dependencies, and delivery governance at scale.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive outcomes in ambiguous environments.

- Experience delivering enterprise cloud programs (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Background in financial services or similarly regulated environments.
