Our Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team is responsible for the oversight of origination and execution of a variety of transaction types (including IPOs, rights issues, ABBs/blocks, equity‑linked instruments and equity private placements). As an Investment Banking Junior Analyst within the Southern Europe ECM team, you will assist in preparing origination / marketing materials to pitch new ideas and execute transactions for clients. You will be involved in the ECM coverage effort for a variety of corporate clients across industries. You will work closely together with other corporate finance / capital markets teams within the bank.
