At a time of rapid change in the AI landscape, this is an exciting opportunity to help build and scale core AI platform capabilities used across J.P. Morgan Asset Management. As an Associate AI Product Manager on the SpectrumIQ / Investment Platform team, you will support the delivery of reusable AI capabilities including: Agent Frameworks, Orchestration, Call Summarization that enable AI use cases across the spectrum of AM.
This role is ideal for a product manager with strong technical curiosity who enjoys working closely with engineers and product owners to translate platform strategy into shippable capabilities.
Job Responsibilities- Support the development and roll out of core AM AI platform capabilities, including:
- Agent framework and orchestration patterns
- Natural language processing capabilities
- Call / meeting summarization functionality
- Translate platform requirements into well-defined user stories
- Maintain and prioritize a delivery backlog aligned to SpectrumIQ and cross-AM needs
- Gather requirements from Asset Management stakeholders
- Ensure platform capabilities are reusable, scalable and aligned with broader AI strategy
- Assist in maintaining roadmaps and delivery plans, providing visibility into progress, dependencies and timelines
- Supporting the delivery of products within a larger platform or ecosystem
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across product, engineering and governance teams
- Comfort discussing technical concepts at a practical level
- Familiarity with agile product development practices, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Understanding of the modern AI landscape
- Problem‐solving skills and ability to break problems into executable work
- Willingness to take ownership of deliverables within a defined scope
- Prior experience in financial services, asset management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
