Job Summary

As a Vice President in the EMEA Corporate Sales team, you will play a crucial role in providing Treasury & Cash Management solutions to our UK relationships in the Innovation Economy.

Your responsibilities will include managing and developing a client/prospect portfolio for companies headquartered in UK, with a significant focus on acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities.

You will collaborate with corporate and investment bankers to deliver customized financial solutions, contributing to the success of our clients and the wider community.

This role is based in London and involves working closely with internal partners to develop comprehensive Treasury solutions and support the Payments line of business.

  • Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of Innovation Economy clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Grow revenue by successfully prospecting and sourcing new Payments business while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Create strategic dialogues around key client-centric issues, incorporating best practices, industry benchmarking, opportunity quantification, and solution positioning.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior and strategic levels to proactively provide integrated Payments solutions within a consultative and client-driven framework.
  • Lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialists for complex client business process reviews.
  • Raise new solution ideas while partnering with internal product stakeholders to represent the client perspective in the development and evolution of complex products and solutions.
  • Manage the non-credit risk for the customer portfolio and monitor and enhance the profitability of all assigned relationships.
  • Prospect, pitch, and deliver Payments solutions for both public and private companies.

Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and legal, to negotiate deals and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Maintain open, clear, fluid communication with stakeholders, i. e., bankers, product partners, implementation and client service teams locally and overseas.
  • Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities
  • Proven track record in Payments sales, with experience managing complex client transactions.
  • Demonstrable track record of successful selling to and managing relationships with large/complex organizations.
  • Demonstrate your experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on their needs with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with senior-level executives in EMEA/US/Asia Pacific (APAC)/Latin American (LATAM).
  • Knowledge, skills, and experience to establish a network and experience working with Corporates.
  • Demonstrate your ability to influence senior decision-makers, internal stakeholders, and peer groups.
  • Demonstrate partnership skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and marketing skills necessary.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage processes efficiently.
  • Outstanding ethics, integrity, and judgment.
  • Fluent in English.
