Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end client delivery and ongoing account management, partnering with key stakeholders to strengthen operational discipline, manage risk, and drive process consistency and continuous improvement.
  • Follow established procedures and controls to help reduce operational risk and report any concerns to your team.
  • Help manage client accounts according to agreements, including supporting reporting, compliance checks, and payment management.
  • Assist in preparing metrics and reports for internal and external use.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Risk Management, Distribution & Sales, Credit, Product and Operations.
  • Assist with monitoring and managing client portfolios after transactions are completed, following clear procedures to help reduce risk.
  • Support activities such as reporting, managing payments, and checking compliance with agreements.
  • Help maintain good relationships with clients.
  • Assist with projects aimed at improving processes and optimizing resources.
  • Proposal management through transaction sell downs.
  • Support efforts to ensure consistency across global processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience with trade products within a bank, trading house, or other financial institution environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global team environment, across different disciplines and locations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with colleagues and clients.
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of resolving time‑critical issues as they arise.
  • Team player with good time management and planning skills, able to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
