As a Technology Support Lead (VP) at JPMorgan Chase within the Accelerator, you are the heart of this venture, focused on getting smart ideas into the hands of our customers. You have a curious mindset, thrive in collaborative squads, and are passionate about new technology. By your nature, you are also solution-oriented, commercially savvy and have a head for fintech. Job responsibilities:

  • Lead EntraID administration, optimizing conditional access policies and security best practices.
  • Develop and implement robust identity and access management solutions to protect organizational assets.
  • Provide expert support for multi-cloud environments (Azure, GCP, AWS) to platform engineers.
  • Secure end-user devices using Jamf Pro, Protect, and Radar, including managing application allow-listing.
  • Monitor and remediate security incidents and vulnerabilities on end-user devices.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and streamline user management with scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and Microsoft tools.
  • Collaborate with security teams on implementing recommended changes and participating in threat modeling exercises.
  • Support and manage Netskope for Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Secure Web Gateway (SWG), and Cloud Firewall compliance.
  • Oversee the secure lifecycle management of SaaS applications (onboarding, maintenance, deprovisioning).
  • Analyze error logs and resolve root causes of escalated technical issues to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with macOS management and support in an enterprise environment.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Demonstrate extensive hands-on experience with EntraID (Azure Active Directory), conditional access, and security best practices.
  • General knowledge of Azure, GCP, and AWS platform management and support.
  • Advanced scripting abilities in PowerShell and Bash; proven track record of automating processes.
  • Familiarity with Netskope for DLP, SWG, and Cloud Firewall; demonstrated understanding of cloud firewalls, ports, and protocols.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with security teams and participating in threat modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS application lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of authentication and provisioning protocols (SAML, SCIM, JIT).
  • Ability to interpret and analyze error logs to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Expertise in Jamf, including securing end-user devices, allow-listing applications, and developing configuration profiles.
  • Understanding of Least Privileged access, its implementation, and importance.
