As a Lead Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within CIB Research Technology, you are a key part of the global team responsible for the engineering behind the CIB’s award-winning Research organisation. You will be a technical leader, creating solutions to transform and evolve our platform, enabling analysts to produce high-quality financial research. The team owns the JPMM Research Platform and the Content Creation Platform used for research production. This role focuses on extending our platform across the Markets organisation.
Job responsibilities:
- Design and implement solutions to extend, enhance, and modernise our platforms
- Balance hands-on coding with leadership of a scrum team
- Collaborate with Product partners to shape the roadmap
- Coach and develop engineers within the team
- Ensure quality, stability, and resiliency of team deliveries
